The high-standard family-style elderly care home Leliani opened its doors in 2024. Located in Mtskheta, away from the noisy and chaotic environment of the capital, it is situated in a peaceful and cozy area. The facility operates 24/7 and can accommodate up to 50 residents at a time.

• A New, well-designed environment tailored to residents’ needs

The building was purposefully constructed to serve as a high-standard elderly care home. Unlike retrofitting an existing structure, we approached the project with a clear vision. Drawing on experience from similar residential homes worldwide, we meticulously planned every aspect of Leliani from the initial design phase to meet the needs of future residents.

Professional and experienced architects worked on the project, ensuring that all necessary details were addressed to create ideal living conditions.

The three-story building is divided into three independent wings, each designed to cater to specific needs:

1. Alzheimer’s and dementia care;
2. Long-term nursing and palliative care;
3. Respite care for elderly residents.

• Care for health and safety

Before construction began, special attention was given to selecting building and finishing materials. All materials used (both for exterior and interior work) are certified, environmentally friendly, and harmless to health.

The interior spaces were carefully designed to meet the specific needs of elderly residents, with infrastructure fully adapted for their comfort and safety. In creating the interior, we first reviewed international research on elderly care in general, and specifically on Alzheimer’s and dementia. Every detail, from room layouts to furniture arrangement, shapes, heights, and even color schemes, was based on these studies.

The residential wings of Leliani are surrounded by a well-maintained yard. The exterior includes a designated parking area. The building is secured by a security service. 24-hour video monitoring is in place, ensuring the safety of residents while maintaining compliance with personal data protection regulations.

The majority of Leliani staff members have received professional training abroad in the field of caregiving. Our reliable and responsible team – comprised of doctors, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, therapists, and support and technical staff – ensures you can entrust your loved ones to us with peace of mind.

• Rest, socialization, communication, and entertainment

Interacting with peers, exchanging ideas, sharing emotions, and staying physically and mentally active are vital for elderly individuals. Recognizing the importance of socialization and maintaining an active lifestyle, Leliani offers its residents essential services and physical, social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities.

• Nutrition

We provide our residents with healthy, balanced meals. An experienced catering company curates the three-time meal menu. We also offer individualized meal plans tailored to residents' specific health conditions.
